Car washes are carried out based on the selected plan schedule (2x, 3x, or 6x weekly), and missed washes will not be rescheduled. Customers can cancel or modify their plan before the next billing cycle. Vehicles must be accessible on wash days, and we are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the car.
